Boise State Vs. Air Force Score Update: Tim Jefferson Scores TD For Falcons Despite Near Red Zone Implosion

The Air Force Falcons and the Boise St. Broncos are locked in a defensive battle through the early part of the second quarter. The two teams are now tied at seven after Tim Jefferson had a short rush for the score.

Air Force gained possession of the ball when Boise State's Doug Martin fumbled the ball at the Air Force 13-yard line. The Falcons recovered it at the 10-yard line and worked things from there. On his first pass of the game, Tim Jefferson connected with Zack Kauth for a 32-yard gain. Wes Cobb converted a 4th-and-1 later in the drive while Jonathan Warzeka had a 15-yard run on 3rd-and-9.

There were back-to-back delay of game penalties by the Falcons, but Mike DeWitt brought the ball to the one-yard line before Jefferson punched the ball in.

The Broncos, as of now, don't appear ready to cover the 30-point spread.
