College Football Rankings, Week 11: Mountain West Conference Still Strong In AP Poll After TCU-Utah Game

The top 10 for the Week 11 AP Top 25 poll experienced some shakeups with six teams changing positions. While the Oregon Ducks remained atop the AP Poll, the Auburn Tigers jumped over the Boise State Broncos to take second place. The TCU Horned Frogs also moved past the Broncos and took the third spot.

With the Broncos fourth, the LSU Tigers moved up to fifth after defeating the Alabama Crimson Tide. Wisconsin (No. 6), Stanford (No. 7) and Michigan State (No. 10) all moved up in the rankings, while Ohio State and Nebraska remained seventh and eighth.

The Utah Utes fell all the way down to No. 15 while the San Diego State Aztecs moved closer to entering the AP Top 25. The Aztecs received 42 points, second best among teams not in the top 25 (USC gained 51 points). Will the Aztecs be able to pull off the upset against the TCU Horned Frogs this coming Saturday?
