Sophomore kicker Jared Roberts, the Special Teams Player of the Week, came up big in his first collegiate game, kicking field goals of 47, 48 and 32 yards. The 48-yard field gave the Rams a 19-17 lead with 6:39 left in the fourth quarter.

Nevada running back Stefphon Jefferson was the Offensive Player of the Week for his 147 rushing yards and three touchdowns against Cal.
