PGA Championship winner Rory McIlroy made an early morning charge and is currently tied for second as second round play at the Deutsche Bank Championship continues Saturday. McIlroy is currently 10-under for the tournament and is 4-under through the first 12 holes of the round.
First round leader Seung-Yul Noh is 1 shot ahead of McIlroy and 2-under through 14 holes. Ryan Moore, one of two playing in the same group as Noh, held the lead for a brief time and currently sits in tied for second at 10-under.
Colorado State alumnus Martin Laird started day at 1-over par and has moved up the leaderboard. Laird is currently 2-under through 14 holes, 1-under for the tournament.
Americans Bryce Molder and Jason Dufner have also made a second day push. Molder is currently 2-under through ten holes and tied for fourth while Dufner is three under through 12, tied for sixth.
Tiger Woods, who started the day tied for third, is set to tee off at 11:10 a.m. MT.
