Former Denver Nuggets teammates squared off in Game No. 33 of the men's basketball qualification bracket on Thursday morning. C Timofey Mozgov score 18 points with a team-high seven rebounds as the Russian national team managed to sneak out a last-second win -- courtesy of a Vitaly Fridzon three-pointer -- against former Nuggets star C Nene Hilario and the Brazilian national.
Nene scored only 8 points for Brazil, but led the game with 10 rebounds and 8 defensive rebounds. The 29-year-old center played for the Nuggets from 2002 until 2012, when he was traded to the Washington Wizards.
