Colorado St. alumnus Martin Laird enters Round 2 of the 2012 PGA Championship in a tie for 32nd place, carding a 1-under on Thursday. After being part of a group to tee off early on Thursday, Laird will be part of a later trio to tackle Tee No. 1 to start things off. At 10:40 a.m. MT, Laird, Pat Perez and Corey Prugh will start their days.
Perez is in a stronger position than Laird with a 3-under 69 after the first day. Prugh, on the other hand, will struggle to make the cut on Friday when he starts at 6-over for the tournament.
