André Greipel took Stage 5 of the Tour de France on Thursday, but the top of the overall standings didn't change, as Fabian Cancellara retained the yellow jersey. Ryder Hesjedal is the lone Garmin-Sharp rider in the top 10 of the general classification -- he is 18 seconds off the pace. The next Garmin-Sharp rider to appear in the standings is Christian Vande Velde, who is in 57 place.
