In the semifinal round of the 2012 French Open, No. 1 seed Novak Djokovic defeated No.3 Roger Federer and No. 2 Rafael Nadal defeated No. 6 David Ferrer; Djokovic and Nadal will square off in Sunday's championship match.

Djokovic defeated Federer in three sets, 6-4, 7-5, 6-3. Nadal had an easier time of it, winning his match 6-2, 6-1, 6-1.
Nadal has won the last two French Open titles and six of the last seven.
Over in the women's draw, Maria Sharapova will face Sara Errani in the championship match on Saturday.
