2012 U.S. Open Golf: TV Schedule, Live Updates, Streaming And More

The second major championship on the PGA Tour, the U.S. Open begins on Thursday morning, but this tournament will start later than most since it takes place at the Olympic Club in San Francisco, Ca. However, there will be plenty of options to watch the exciting play in Round 1.

There will be the usual television coverage that begins on ESPN at 10:00 a.m. MDT and lasts until 1:00 p.m. MDT. NBC picks up the coverage at 1:00 p.m. and lasts until 3:00 p.m. ESPN resumes coverage at 3:00 p.m. and lasts until 8:00 p.m.

USOpen.com (full viewing schedule here) will also have a live stream of two notable groups: Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods and Bubba Watson at 8:33 a.m. MDT until ESPN's coverage kicks in. Then at 2:29 p.m., Rory McIlroy, Lee Westwood and Luke Donald will have their own live stream coverage.
