2012 FedEx St. Jude Classic, Round 4: Martin Laird Finishes 2-Under

Colorado State alum Martin Laird finished two strokes under par at this year's FedEx St. Jude Classic, leaving him tied for 24th in the field. Laird struggled early in the tournament, finishing 2-over after the first couple of round, but he played much better over the final two rounds

On Sunday, Laird finished with a 69, one stroke under par for the round. He hit a trio of birdies, but gave back a couple of strokes with a rough double-bogey on the 12th hole. Had he managed to par that hole, he could've matched the score of 67 that he posted in the third round.

Dustin Johnson eventually won the tournament after shooting a 65 on Sunday, finishing nine strokes under par for the event. He beat out John Merrick, who finished eight strokes under par.
