2012 Giro d'Italia Stage 4: The Race Heads To Verona

After an off day on Tuesday, the Giro d'Italia will resume on Wednesday with Stage 4. This stage -- a team time trial -- is considerably shorter than some of the earlier stages in this race. For a description, map and other information regarding Stage 4, visit this link.

The stage has a length of 32.8 kilometres, with start and finish in the city. The route follows the Adige river to the northwest. Then, after a short loop, it will come back following the same route in opposite direction back into the city to the finish on the Piazza Bra, near the Colloseum.
