Giro d'Italia 2012 Standings: Ryder Hesjedal Remains In Second Place After Stage 17

After Stage 17 of the Giro d'Italia, Spain's Joaquim Rodriguez still holds a 30 second lead over Garmin-Barracuda's Ryder Hesjedal. Hesjedal has been able to stay with striking distance of Rodriguez, but he'll need to make a move soon, as the tour enters its fourth-to-last stage tomorrow.

Though Rodriguez has been unable to truly separate himself from Hesjedal, he has begun to put some serious distance between those further back, as he now has a more than 90 second lead over all competitors outside of Hesjedal and Ivan Basso, the current third place racer.
