Masters Leaderboard Update: Lee Westwood Leads At -5 As 1st Round Nears An End

Lee Westwood finished his first round of the 2012 Masters at five under par, and as things stand right now, that's good enough for a one-stroke lead. Louis Oosthuizen and Peter Hanson are in second place at four-under, and behind them there is a group at three-under that includes the likes of Bubba Watson, Ben Crane and Miguel Angel Jimenez.

Phil Mickelson hasn't had his best day, and as he is finishing up, he sits at +3. Tiger Woods finished the day at even par, while Rory McIlroy birdied the final two holes to finish at one-under.

Colorado State grad Martin Laird is four over par. He's left himself with some work to do on Friday.
