The 2012 Masters leaderboard has clear separation during Round 1 with Henrik Stenson's 6-under par the best so far. He still has several holes to go for his round, completing 11 holes so far. He made eagle on hole No. 2, birdie on No. 5 and then closed out the front nine with an eagle on the ninth hole. He moved to 6-under with a birdie on the 10th hole.
Denver resident Craig Stadler, however, finds himself on the other end of things at the end of Round 1. He is currently tied for last place with Randal Lewis and Sandy Lyle at 9-over. Lyle is the only one of the three still on the course. The nearest golfers are at 5-over.
Paul Lawrie and Scott Verplank are currently tied for second at 3-under, but Lawrie is already done for the day. Tiger Woods is 1-under though nine holes.
