Cyler Miles Recruiting: Washington Huskies Land Colorado HS QB

After wavering on his commitment to the Washington Huskies, a verbal commitment he gave to the university last summer, Mullen (CO) quarterback Cyler Miles announced on Wednesday afternoon that he was still committed to the Huskies and signed his national letter of intent for them.

There were late, poorly sourced rumors that Miles was interested in the Colorado Buffaloes, but as it turned out, it came down to the Huskies and the USC Trojans.

Miles is a 6-foot-4, 220-pound quarterback who was (according to Rivals) the No. 1 prospect in the state of Colorado, the No. 2 quarterback in the nation and the No. 35 overall prospect. He was offered a scholarship by 14 schools from across the nation, but ultimately felt that was the best area for him to play in the Pacific Northwest during college.
