The third annual USA Pro Challenge has announced its dates and stage cities for the 2013 event, according to a report from Susie Wargin of NBC 9 News.
Riders will try to master the seven-day event, which begins in Aspen on Aug. 19 and will end one week later in Denver on Aug. 25.
American Christian Vande Velde won the 2012 circuit, finishing the tour with a time of 23:57:34. Fellow American Tejay van Garderen finished in second place, losing to Vande Velde by just 21 seconds. Levi Leipheimer made it a clean sweep for the United States on the podium, finishing 24 second behind Vande Velde with a total time of 25:57:58.
