Nevada vs. Air Force score update: Falcons lead by 10 heading into 4th quarter

After three quarters of play, the Air Force Falcons lead 38-28 at the end of three quarters of play. The offenses cooled off in the third quarter, as each team scored just one touchdown. Air Force had momentum early in the third quarter as they stopped Nevada on a 4th-and-2, but two plays later Falcons' running back John Lee gave the ball right back to Nevada as he fumbled the ball at Air Forces 43-yard line.

The Wolf Pack then went down the field and scored on a 21-yard Stefphon Jefferson run. Jefferson was able to rebound from a poor first half, and rushed for 71 yards in the third quarter.

Air Force responded, as they have all game with a touchdown of their own. The Falcons were able to rush the ball down the field for 75 yards against the Nevada defense. It was capped off with a 1-yard Wes Cobb touchdown run, and that score allowed the Falcons to retain their 10-point lead.
