The 2012 Winter X Games resume on Friday with another day of exciting action. Four gold medals were awarded on Thursday with Forrest Bailey winning Snowboard Street, Kaya Turski nailing a switch 1080 for women's ski slopestyle, Colten Moore impressively capturing first in snowmobile freestyle and Tom Wallisch setting a record in men's ski slopestyle.
On Day 2, we'll have competitions in men's snowboard slopestyle elimination, women's snowboard slopestyle final, men's ski superpipe elimination, snowboard big air final and women's snowboard superpipe final. The latter event is the highlight of the day with Kelly Clark looking to repeat her gold medal performance from 2011. She nailed a 1080, the first woman to do so, on her way to the gold. Gretchen Bleiler will look to rebound from her sixth place finish while Kaitlyn Farrington is also looking to improve after last year's silver medal performance.
