Colorado State Vs. New Mexico Final Score: Colorado State Blown Out Versus Lobos

New Mexico had won 13 straight games before dropping each of their last two games, both against ranked teams. The Lobos weren't about to drop their third straight contest, and pounded Colorado State in a 85-52 victory. New Mexico built a 47-29 lead at halftime and never looked back.

Four Lobos scorers reached double-figures, led by Drew Gordon. Gordon scored a team-high 13 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in the win. The Lobos' Jamal Fenton scored 10 points off the bench. Tony Snell and Phillip McDonald each scored 12 points for New Mexico, who improved to 16-4 overall and 2-2 in the Mountain West.

Three Colorado State (Will Bell, Wes Eikmeier and Dorian Green) players scored 11 points. Pierce Hornung added 10 points and seven rebounds in the loss.

New Mexico shot 52 percent in the game, while Colorado State shot 37 percent.
