The Wyoming Cowboys weren't able to defeat the No. 13 San Diego St. Aztecs on Tuesday night, falling in a 52-42 contest, but there was one hell of a dunk by the Cowboys' Larry Nance Jr. Check it out below:
San Diego State is threatening on Wyoming's end of the court, but with a bit of standing-tall defense the Aztecs lose control of the ball. Nance's teammate is able to chase the ball down and pass it to him. And that's when Nance does his impression of Michael Jordan with the flying dunk.
Nance played 25 minutes and picked up two of his six points on that play. He also pulled down eight rebounds. He averages 3.5 points and 3.8 rebounds this season.
Oh, and if the name sounds familiar to you, it should. He is the son of former NBA star Larry Nance, the winner of the 1984 NBA Slam Dunk Contest.
