College Basketball Rankings: No Area Teams Ranked In Latest Polls; Syracuse A Near-Unanimous No. 1

Syracuse holds onto the top spot, while no area teams cracked the polls this week.

The Syracuse Orange opened up Big East play with an easy win over DePaul on Sunday, which improved their record to 15-0 and strengthened their hold on the top spot in the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches polls.
