2011 U.S. Women's Open Leaderboard: 1st Round Play Suspended, Will Resume Friday Morning

The 2011 U.S. Women's Open was unable to complete Round 1 on Thursday as rain in the area forced a suspension of play at 3:12 p.m. MT. There was a two and a half hour delay before play was called, meaning many golfers didn't even tee off on the day. Paula Creamer and Yani Tseng, two favorites entering the tournament, will play 36 holes on Friday.

Cristie Kerr and Amy Anderson both share the lead at 2-under, the former through 15 holes and the latter, an amateur, through 12. Michelle Wie at 7-under had one hole left to play.

The first round will resume at 7:45 a.m. MT on Friday.
