The 2011 U.S. Women's Open begins at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs on Thursday morning at 7:00 a.m. MT. This will be the first U.S. Women's Open at the Broadmoor since 1995 when Annika Sorenstam won her first major championship. She is the honorary chair this time around, but she will watch a new winner take the tournament.
Paula Creamer is defending her 2010 U.S. Open championship while Yani Tseng will look to capture her fifth major championship and the career grand slam. They are both in the same threesome to start the first half of the tournament. Here are some pairings and tee times to note:
