Nathan's 2011 Hot Dog Eating Contest, ESPN, 10 a.m. - The 96th annual July 4 Hot Dog Eating contest gets underway at Coney Island once again with Joey Chestnut looking to defend his title, which he has won four time in a row entering this year's competition. He needed just 54 hot dogs to win the 2010 contest, a year after downing a record 68 hot dogs. This year's competition will have a separate one for women.
