Despite the NBA Lockout in place and more than likely lasting into the start, if not the entire, season, the league decided to release the 2011-12 NBA schedule two weeks earlier than usual because there has been no free agency period. On Tuesday we'll learn whom the Nuggets will play on Opening Night and on other important dates.
Early reports have the defending champion Dallas Mavericks hosting the Chicago Bulls on Nov. 1 and then the Miami Heat and the Mavericks will play on Christmas Day. Certainly two intriguing match-ups. But that's if a season is played.
NBA TV will have a show at 12 p.m. MT to unveil the major games on the schedule, while at 12:15 p.m. MT complete schedules will be made available to the public. Check back later for highlights of the Nuggets possible 2011-12 season.
