2011 U.S. Women's Open: Playoff Will Determine Winner At The Broadmoor

The 2011 U.S. Women's Open will come down to a playoff on between Hee Kyung Seo and So Yeon Ryu after both finished at 3-under for the tournament. Seo had finished her round on Sunday, but Ryu had three holes to make up on Monday morning. She birdied the 18th hole to send this tournament to extra holes.

Angela Stanford was in position in the fourth round to compete for the victory, but he back nine let her down. Starting at 4-under she double bogeyed the 11th, made back-to-back bogeys on the 13th and 14th, birdied the 16th and bogeyed the 18th to finish at even-par. Cristie Kerr shot even-par as well in the final round and finished at 1-under.

Twenty ten champion Paul Creamer made a birdie on the 16th hole to move to 6-under for the tournament, her final score.
