The All-Star Break will last a little longer than originally scheduled for the Colorado Avalanche and the St. Louis Blues, as weather conditions in St. Louis have forced the NHL to postpone tonight's scheduled game between these two playoff hopefuls.
It is official. Game is POSTPONED. Stay off the streets !
It's currently 21 degrees in St. Louis, and the streets are covered with freezing rain and snow mix. The city is expected to receive snow throughout the evening, making the roads difficult to navigate.
Colorado will fly back today for their scheduled game against the Minnesota Wild on Thursday, Feb. 3.
Stay tuned for updates with a new date and time as soon as the game has been officially rescheduled.
