FCS Playoffs 2011, Round 2: Montana Senators Get Bobcats, Grizzlies On TV

OK, so the U.S. government makes an inquiry about the BCS and nothing happens. But when ESPN decided it wanted to show Round 2 of the 2011 FCS Playoffs exclusively on ESPN3, Montana Sens. Max Baucus and Jon Tester led the charge with other state leaders to get ESPN to put the games on its pay-per-view GamePlan stations. Both Montana and Montana State are in this year's postseason tournament.

Who says those Senators inside the Beltway can't get anything done?

On Saturday, No. 4 Montana Grizzlies fans can watch their team take on the Central Arkansas Bears at 12:00 p.m. MT. The Montana State Bobcats hosts the New Hampshire Wildcats an hour later at 1:00 p.m. MT.

The Bobcats and the Grizzlies could potentially meet in the semifinals on Dec. 16 or 17 by winning this week and then defeating the winner of Sam Houston State-Stony Brook (for Montana State) and Northern Iowa-Wofford (for Montana)
