NCAA Basketball Rankings Week 3: Cal Bears Move To No. 20 In AP Poll

The Week 3 AP Top 25 Poll is out, and the North Carolina Tar Heels are also the No. 1 team in the country in this poll. The next five teams remain the same with Kentucky, Ohio State, Connecticut, Syracuse and Duke taking those spots for another week.

Florida lost to Ohio State and moved to No. 10, a three-spot drop. The Pittsburgh Panthers tumbled down eight spots after losing to Long Beach State. The Mississippi St. Bulldogs were the only new team to enter the poll this week. They defeated Texas A&M and upset the Arizona Wildcats.

The 'Cats are barely holding onto a spot, checking in at No. 23 this week. Meanwhile, Pac-12 conference mate Cal has moved to No. 20.

Cincinnati fell out of the Top 25 after being No. 20 last week. A loss to the Presbyterian Blue Hose will do that. Cleveland State is next in line to make the top 25, gaining 94 votes this past week.
