Week 12 College Football Rankings: Montana State Moves To No. 1 In FCS Coaches Poll

The Montana St. Bobcats moved to the No. 1 spot in the FCS Top 25 Coaches Poll and are now in the top spot in both major polls. Coming in at No. 2 is Georgia Southern, the No. 3 team in the media poll, one spot ahead of the undefeated No. 3 Sam Houston State Bearkats.

North Dakota St. fell to No. 5 in this poll as well following a defeat at the hands of the Youngstown St. Penguins over the weekend. The Montana Grizzlies stayed put at No. 7 and will face Montana State on Saturday to determine if they can capture a share of the Big Sky Conference.

The Portland St. Vikings came close to making the top 25, as they were the first team out. They had 35 points, but No. 25 Norfolk State had 63 points.
