The latest Sagarin computer rankings have been released and the Alabama Crimson Tide is found atop the standings. The computer's number crunching gave Alabama a 102.87 ranking to Alabama, over three points better than the No. 2 LSU Tigers. Oklahoma is less than a point behind LSU at No. 3.

After that, the second tier of teams emerges, led by the No. 4 Boise St. Broncos with slightly over 95 points. Former Colorado Rockies prospect and current quarterback in the Big Ten has his Wisconsin Badgers as the No. 5 team.

After Boise State, the TCU Horned Frogs are the next Mountain West Conference team to appear in the ratings. They came in at No. 27, one spot behind the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Notre Dame defeated Air Force, 59-33, on Saturday. The Falcons check in at No. 57.

The Colorado Buffaloes, 1-5, show up at the century mark, rated directly behind three FCS teams. Colorado State is rated No. 121. Northern Colorado comes in at No. 232 (out of a possible 246).

The Sagarin ratings play one part in determining the BCS standings, which make an appearance next week.
