Week 10 College Football Rankings: Montana State Moves To No. 2 In FCS Top 25 Poll

The Montana St. Bobcats moved up from No. 4 to No. 2 this week in the Sports Network's FCS Top 25 poll. Formerly No. 1, Georgia Southern lost to Appalachian State on Saturday. Appalachian State moved to No. 3 in the poll and picked up five first-place votes. And ex-No. 2 Northern Iowa also lost. Georgia Southern and Northern Iowa found themselves at Nos. 5 and 6 this week.

The Bobcats beat up on Idaho State, 54-13, to improve to 8-1 overall and 6-0 in the Big Sky. They are still in the lead for the conference championship.

The Montana Grizzlies moved up one spot to No. 10. They beat Weber State, 45-10, on Saturday to stay in the tail of the Bobcats. They have an end of the season showdown on Nov. 19 in Bozeman with State.
