The Week 9 BCS rankings are out and the Boise St. Broncos moved up one spot to No. 4 this week following a loss by No. 3 Oklahoma on Saturday. The Sooners managed to stay in the top 10 at No. 9. Oklahoma State moved up to No. 3 while LSU and Alabama retained the top two spots. Those teams have byes this week before they face off on Nov. 5. Will the Broncos be able to overcome one of those one-loss SEC teams in a couple of weeks? Oklahoma State will also need to lose if the Broncos have any hope of playing in the National Title game.
The Broncos were No. 5 in the Harris poll and the Coaches poll and their computer average came out to No. 5. Clemson was No. 6 in both polls and No. 4 in the computer average.
The Wisconsin Badgers took a big tumble following their loss to Michigan State from No. 6 to No. 15. The Spartans moved from No. 16 to No. 11 with the victory.
