Baseball America Compiles Top League Lists, Rockies Looking Great

Since the minor league season ended, Baseball America has been compiling a list of the Top 20 prospects in every league across minor league baseball. Now that every league is finished, they've compiled these into one final list that can give you a good idea of the health within each organization's farm.

By this account at least, the Colorado Rockies are looking quite healthy.

Fourteen Rockies prospects made their league's Top 20 lists, with nine of those players in full season leagues -- tied with the San Diego Padres and Texas Rangers for tops in baseball.

The Rockies fly under the radar a little bit when it comes to discussing the top farm systems, but they are in good shape, especially after trading Ubaldo Jimenez to the Indians at the trading deadline this summer.

With top players like Nolan Arenado, Wilin Rosario, Drew Pomeranz, and Chad Bettis on the near horizon, Colorado should start receiving plenty of help to recover from their disappointing 2011 season.
