Rockies Win 6-5, Sweep Reds; Chris Nelson Steals Home For Winning Run

Another afternoon game at Coors Field, yet another dramatic comeback win for the Colorado Rockies.

Jason Hammel pitched seven solid innings, Tulowitzki hit his sixth homerun in seven games, and Chris Nelson stole home for the winning run in the bottom of the eighth inning for the final tally.

The Rockies started off slow, with poor defense and a Drew Stubbs homer allowing the Reds to take a 5-0 lead after two innings. Jason Hammel shut the door from there and Jason Giambi hit a two run homerun in the third inning to start the scoring.

Colorado has now won a season high seven games in a row, and have now won 10 straight games against division leaders.
