The Rockies played their last Spring Training games at Hi Corbet Field this February and March, and starting next year the team will share a Spring Training facility with their NL West rivals, the Arizona Diamondbacks. The new stadium will be on Native American land just outside of Scottsdale, Arizona.
The facility has been designed for fan experience:
The development was built with the intention of offering a unique fan experience, with multiple open-air observation areas. The site includes 12 practice fields as well as numerous batting cages and training areas where visitors can watch players prepare for the season.
I think I want to head down there this coming spring and check it out.
