Reports are flooding in from multiple sources that Rockies' RHP Huston Street was hit by an Ian Stewart line drive during batting practice before Tuesday's series opener against Pittsburgh.
According to beat writer Thomas Harding, Street was hit in the midsection and collapsed several times due to the pain.
An ambulance was brought onto the field and Street was carried out on a stretcher. No word on the severity of the injury, but it seems unlikely that he is available to pitch tonight.
Updates will be posted as they are made available.
