Broncos To Hold Open Practice At Invesco Field

New, 2 comments

Perhaps the highlight of last season’s Broncos Training Camp was the open practice the team held at Invesco Field. Free and open to the public, over 13,000 ascended onto the Broncos home to watch an intra-squad scrimmage. It was, of course, the fans’ first chance to see Kyle Orton in action.

It might be remembered most for the boo’s that cascaded down on kicker Matt Prater after he missed a couple of field goals. Times are tough in Broncos Country.

The team will once again hold an open scrimmage at Invesco, on Saturday, Aug. 7. MileHighReport has all the details, but perhaps most important is the fact the Broncos will show Floyd Little’s Hall of Fame Induction speech on the big screens after the workout is complete.

What better way to enjoy a summer night than watch the Broncos of the future prior to celebrating a Broncos great from the past.
