Denver tries to keep their positive momentum rolling with another win over Memphis.

The Denver Nuggets hit the road to play the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday night in their final game of the 2012 calendar year.

The Nuggets hope to maintain their recent momentum against the Grizzlies after winning seven of their last 10 games, including rolling past the Dallas Mavericks at home on Friday night, 106-85.

The Grizzlies will be rested and ready to win after losing their second consecutive game to Philadelphia on Wednesday night. Memphis played without leading scorer Rudy Gay who missed the game due to travel issues after visiting his gravely ill grandmother. Gay will be back in the lineup for Memphis against the Nuggets.

Denver is already 2-0 against Memphis so far this season. On Nov. 19 in their last visit to Memphis, Danilo Gallinari score 26 points to push the Nuggets to a 97-92 win. Then in Denver on Dec. 14, Andre Miller came off the bench to score 18 points and lead the Nuggets to a 99-94 win.

The game is scheduled to tip off at 6 p.m. MT and will be televised on Altitude.
