The Denver Pioneers lacrosse team will open its 2012 season on NBC Sports Network with a game against the Ohio St. Buckeyes. The Pioneers and the Buckeyes will face off at EverBank Field in Jacksonville, Fla., in Game 1 of the Sunshine Classic. Jacksonville and navy will play in Game 2.
The game takes place on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. MT.
The Pioneers made the Final Four of the 2011 NCAA Lacrosse Tournament and fell to eventual national champion Virginia.
