The Colorado College Tigers pulled off the upset on Friday night over the No. 2/4 Minnesota Gophers, but they were unable to come through with another victory on Saturday night. The Gophers won a tight 2-1 contest over the Tigers.

Tigers goalie Josh Thorimbert stopped 35 of 37 shots he faced while his teammates put just 20 shots on net against Kent Patterson. The Tigers are now 14-9-1.
