Denver Pioneers' Feb. 4 Basketball Game Vs. Middle Tennessee State Moved To ESPN

Denver Pioneers fans, mark your calendars for Saturday, Feb. 4, to catch the basketball team play live on ESPN. ESPN announced on Wednesday that the Pioneers' game against the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders will be nationally televised on either mothership or ESPN2. The game's starting time has been moved up by two hours to 2:00 p.m. MT at Denver's Magness Arena.

Star-divide

The Pioneers are 13-3 entering Wednesday night's game against the Colorado St. Rams, a non-conference contest. They are 3-1 in Sun Belt play, but this will be the team's last season in the conference before moving to the WAC in the summer.

The Pioneers are currently a half a game behind Arkansas-Little Rock in the Sun Belt West division, but its 13-3 record is second only to East leading Middle Tennessee State's 15-2 record.
