Nuggets Vs. Lakers, NBA Playoffs 2012: Corey Brewer Probable Following Left Eye Injury

Stay connected for news and updates

The Denver Nuggets return to the Pepsi Center on Thursday for Game 6 against the Los Angeles Lakers in their opening round 2012 NBA Playoffs. With a 102-99 victory on the road, the Nuggets staved off elimination and are one win away from tying this series. They will have Corey Brewer as probably for the game following his left eye laceration, according to Benjamin Hochman:

Brewer, who scored two points in 15 minutes played, received an elbow to his left eye from JaVale McGee near the end of the game. He went to ground on the court and was taken over to the sidelines. He looked woozy and a gash under his left eye soon appeared.
