Shooting guard Arron Afflalo has 15 points and four rebounds on 7-of-15 shooting to lead the Nuggets. Forward Danilo Gallinari has 14 points and is 6-of-6 from the free throw line. Andre Miller has 14 points on 4-of-5 shooting. JaVale McGee has 13 points and 10 rebounds on 5-of-7 shooting.
Kobe Bryant leads the Lakers with 29 points on 9-of-20 shooting. Andrew Bynum has 11 points and eight rebounds.
