Nuggets Vs. Lakers Score Update, Game 5: Denver Leads 49-43 At Half

The Denver Nuggets lead the Los Angeles Lakers 49-43 at halftime in Game 5 of their opening round series in the 2012 NBA Playoffs. The Nuggets have held L.A. to just 33 percent shooting from the field.

Arron Afflalo has 13 points and three rebounds for the Nuggets at the half. Small forward Danilo Gallinari has eight points on 2-of-8 shooting. Rookie forward Kenneth Faried has 10 points and six rebounds on 5-of-5 shooting. Andre Miller has seven points off the bench for Denver.

Kobe Bryant has 18 points on 5-of-13 shooting for the Lakers. Matt Barnes has given L.A. a solid lift off the bench, adding eight points and four rebounds on 4-of-9 shooting. Center Andrew Bynum has seven points and seven rebounds at the half.
