Clippers Vs. Nuggets Score Update: Denver Leads By 12 After One Quarter

The Los Angeles Clippers' place in the Western Conference playoffs is secure, but the Denver Nuggets aren't so lucky. The Nuggets entered tonight as winners of back-to-back games and in seventh place in the West, with three teams vying for the final two spots. After a quarter tonight, the Nuggets are up 34-22 at the Pepsi Center.

Point guard Ty Lawson has nine points and five assists on 4-of-5 shooting from the floor. Al Harrington came off the bench to score seven points in five minutes. Center Kosta Koufos had six points and five rebounds at the end of the first period.

Small forward Caron Butler had nine points for the Clippers. Chris Paul has six points and three assists. Shooting guard Randy Foye has five points on 2-of-5 shooting.
