Riding a three-game winning streak and welcoming back Nene and Danilo Gallinari from injury, the Denver Nuggets didn't expect to need overtime to defeat the Sacramento Kings on Monday night, but that's exactly what happened. The Nuggets downed the Kings 119-116 in OT to improve to 22-17 overall and 11-8 at home. Sacramento falls to 12-26 with the loss.

Starting shooting guard Arron Afflalo carried the majority of the scoring load for the Nuggets, finishing with 32 points on 9-of-20 shooting. Rookie forward Kenneth Faried added 20 points and 12 rebounds on 7-of-9 shooting in the win.

Nene had six points in 16 minutes for Denver. Gallinari played 18 minutes and scored four points.
