Nuggets Vs. Mavericks: Denver Looks For 3rd Straight Win With Road Trip To Dallas

Stay connected for news and updates

The Denver Nuggets snapped a five-game losing streak on Saturday with a road victory on Saturday night against the Indiana Pacers. Tuesday night's 17-point victory over the Phoenix Suns extended that win streak to two games, but the Nuggets will have no rest for a third straight win. They are playing the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday night on the road.

Nene and Timofey Mozgov will likely not play again due to a calf strain an ankle injury. Kenneth Faried and Kosta Koufos will start their places, as they did on Tuesday night. And with Danilo Gallinari out with his ankle injury, Corey Brewer will be the starter at small forward.

The Mavericks, meanwhile, have won four straight games, a streak that started with a victory over the Nuggets at the Pepsi Center. Since then, Minnesota, Portland and the Los Angeles Clippers have fallen to the defending 2011 NBA Champions.

Game time/date: 6:30 p.m. MT, Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012

Location: American Airlines Arena, Dallas, Tx.

TV: Altitude, Fox Sports-Southwest
