Danilo Gallinari signed a major contract extension on Wednesday afternoon. It's turning into quite a day for the Nuggets forward. Gallinari has 21 points after one half against the Sacramento Kings, going 7-of-10 from the field and 6-of-6 from the foul line.

The Nuggets look to be in great position for their fifth straight win. Ty Lawson has 11 points and three rebounds in the first half, while came off the bench to score 10 points on 5-of-9 shooting. Denver is shooting over 59 percent as a team from the field, and has twice as many assists as the Kings (16-8) after two quarters.

Sacramento guards Tyreke Evans and Jimmer Fredette each have 10 points at the half. The Kings are shooting only 42 percent from the field.
