Nuggets Vs. Bucks Final Score: Denver Holds On For 105-95 Victory

The Denver Nuggets held on for a 105-95 victory on Tuesday night after the Milwaukee Bucks showed some signs of life late in the game. The Bucks were trailing by 19 points going into halftime and battled a double-digit lead for the majority of the second half.

Things did admittedly get a tad interesting in the final minutes of the game, though. Three straight baskets by point guard Brandon Jennings cut Denver's lead down to nine points with a bit under three minutes remaining in the game, putting some energy into the home crowd. The Bucks couldn't convert on offense down the stretch, though, and Denver's Danilo Gallinari came through with a couple shots.

After a strong offensive first half, Denver struggled in the second half by scoring just 42 points. No Nuggets starter scored more than 14 points, and reserve Corey Brewer led the team in scoring with 22 points on 8-for-14 shooting. Denver had a clear advantage at the free throw line, though, getting there 37 times compared to just 14 times for Milwaukee.
